Blueberry Chia Pudding


  1. In a medium bowl combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon zest and honey. Stir until combined. Let sit 10 minutes and stir again. Repeat 2 more times.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with walnuts and blueberries.
