Thanksgiving Stand In: Turkey Breast

November 12, 2013 – Juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside…a beautifully roasted turkey breast can be just as delicious as cooking up a whole bird. By simply cooking up the breast, total cooking time is cut in half – if not more – and you and your guests will still eat a succulent turkey dinner with all the familiar flavors of Thanksgiving.

To help save you time this Thanksgiving, the ALDI Test Kitchen chefs have come up with 3 new recipes that feature turkey breast.

Cranberry Cornbread–Stuffed Turkey Roulade

Cranberry Cornbread-Stuffed Turkey Roulade:  No need to forgo the stuffing with this recipe. Get the sweet and tart flavors of cranberry in every bite. Get the recipe here.

TiggyTiggy: Turkey and sausage in one? The sausage makes the turkey meat moist and flavorful. Dig into this unique take on the Thanksgiving main by finding the recipe here.

Roasted Turkey Breast with Pumpkin Sage Gravy

Roasted Turkey Breast With Pumpkin Sage Gravy: Leaving the skin on the turkey breast helps keep the inside moist and outside crisp. This recipe can easily be cut in half for a smaller crowd. Get the recipe here.

Tip: Take this roasted turkey breast recipe in a totally different direction and pair it with gravy of your choice. We love this White-Wine Gravy from Martha Stewart.

We understand the confusion that some customers experienced with the recent digital coupon featuring $10 off a $40 purchase at our stores. The coupon was available for download for a limited time and can be used through November 15 in all ALDI locations. Should you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team through this link:

Hi – I like the idea you have on roasting a turkey breast instead of an entire bird. Does Aldi sell individual the turkey breast before t-giving so we can try one this year? Thanks.

I love the Specially Selected Champagne Vinaigrette Dressing. Why isn’t this a permanent item in your stores? Can i purchase this on-line? Can you tell me where i can find it?

    Thank you,
    Marie Carbone
