The amount you add will depend on how you handle the heat – add just a drop for a little spice, but 5 or 6 drops to make a bit hotter. For a lighter option, substitute your mayonnaise for Greek yogurt.
Whether it’s a side salad or your main course, a touch of sriracha in your favorite dressing can bring new life to your greens. Add it to creamier dressings like ranch or make your own sriracha vinaigrette with honey, olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Sriracha-infused proteins are great for the grill. Choose your favorite protein (we love chicken or shrimp with a kick) and combine sriracha with honey, soy sauce, the juice of a lime, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. This will give your meat a zesty Asian-inspired twist.
