How To Use It
Melons are a great snack as plain and simple as they come, but you can brighten your meal with any of these colorful combinations.

Frozen
Frozen melons are the perfect addition to any summer drink. Using a melon scoop or teaspoon-sized cookie dough scoop, gently press down into your melon and twist around to form a ball. Place the cantaloupe and honeydew melon balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer. Once frozen, add your melon ice cubes to still or sparkling water for sweetly infused refreshments.

Tip: Add a lemon wedge or a sprig of mint to your drink for flavorful garnish.

Diced
Diced melons make great bite-sized treats – and adding to cottage cheese or crafting melon kabobs just doubles the goodness. Dice your cantaloupe and honeydew melon into 1-2 inch cubes and slide onto bamboo skewers in alternating order.

Tip: Add strawberries (or any berry of your choice) for an extra splash of color.

Tossed
Whisk together 2 tbsp. orange juice and 1 tbsp. lime juice, white wine vinegar and olive oil. Add a pinch of minced mint leaves and kosher salt and toss with your melon. Refrigerate until very cold before enjoying
