January 4, 2016 – A lot of New Year’s resolutions focus on slimming down – trimming the fat from your diet, hitting the gym, cutting back on calories. But, what about a resolution that adds? A change that grows you and your family, in more ways than one?
This year, we’re resolving to bring our families together around the table by first bringing them together around the grocery cart, the sink and the stove. We’re resolving to make food a family affair, adding a few little hands to our shopping and meal prep.
Making your kids a part of meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking will give them a sense of ownership over their food, instilling healthy habits and creating a space to make delicious memories together.
How do you bring your family together over food? Tell us in the comments!
