Cantaloupe Agua Fresca
Recipe: Cantaloupe Agua Fresca
Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus 30 minutes to chill)
Total Time: 5 minutes (plus 30 minutes to chill)
5 cups cubed cantaloupe
¼ cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Baker’s Corner Granulated Sugar, plus additional to taste
2 ½ cups cold water
Combine cantaloupe, lime juice and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour mixture in a large pitcher and combine with water. If desired, strain the pulp.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
