Blistered Mini Peppers

Recipe: Blistered Mini Peppers

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

1 pound mini sweet peppers

1 teaspoon Carlini Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ teaspoon Stonemill Iodized Salt

4 ounces Happy Farms Light Garlic and Herb Spreadable Cheese Wedges

25 Savoritz Sea Salt Pita Crackers

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Place peppers on a sheet tray and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and place in oven for 25 minutes or until skin is blistered; rotate after 10 minutes.

  3. Spread cheese wedges on crackers and top with peppers.
