December 24, 2015 – In the midst of the season that puts food front and center, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the little green nut that has us elevating our holiday dishes. Yup, we’re talking about the pistachio! This versatile nut is packed with potassium and makes a delicious addition to any seasonal charcuterie board, side dish or dessert.
